At my gym most, people use Wednesday as their day off from the gym. I actually like going to the gym on Wednesday because it's less crowded. But some days, like today, it's harder to find the motivation. This month has been super busy for me with work and the kids. And I'm exhausted. It would be easy for me to find excuses on why I shouldn't work out, but I tell myself, a 30 minute workout it better than nothing! Days when I lack motivation I do exercises that I enjoy. I will do a belly dance workout or any type of dance class. I always feel better after I work out.
Yeah! Even a short workout is better than none. Wednesdays are definitely the sweet spot at the gym, but even the most dedicated gym rats have off days.
