Mondays are not my favorite day. I struggle with Mondays. I have a really hard time waking up Monday mornings and getting myself in the frame of mind to have a good day. I have started to shift my conscious mindset and frame Mondays as a positive day. I use it was a way to refresh my affirmations and my daily routines. It's a great day to get goals for the week. I also initiated "Manifest Mondays" as a means to reframe Monday as a positive day.

Mondays can definitely be rough! As a housewife, I may not experience them the same way as a working person, but I understand the transition from weekend to workweek can be tough. Start Mondays with a calming routine, affirmations, and prioritized tasks. Take short breaks for self-care and connect with others for support. Practice mindfulness and reward yourself at the day's end.
